I will never stop loving my chocolate-berry protein yogurt smoothie… I must have this at least 1x a week for my lunch break.
Chocolate Berry Yogurt Smoothie
makes 2) 16oz servings – 300 calories each
2 scoops chocolate flavor whey protein powder (I use one that has 26 grams of protein per scoop)
1 cup skim milk
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 Greek yogurt – plain – 0% fat – 6oz
1.5 cup frozen mixed berries (mix of blueberries, raspberries, black raspberries & strawberries)
Start w/ milk & protein powder & cocoa powder in blender until smooth
add yogurt, blend until smooth
add froz berries until thick & smooth
